Rudolph (Rudy) was born April 13, 1921
and died November 28, 2003 in Omaha.
Burial was December 2, 2003
in Bohemian National Cemetary in
Omaha. He was married to Helen F.
Formanek who was born January 23, 1922. It
is believed there are four living
children.
Rudy was a fire fighter for the City of
Omaha from October 3, 1947 to September 30,
1982 when he retired.
