There is a nice newspaper article written about Adeline Matulka Turek in 1993 at this
LINK. Adeline was featured as the "cook of the week" and the
article includes her kolache recipe (as well as a few other family recipes) and also some of her
memories about growing up.
Note: The link takes you to a downloadable pdf file. The pdf reproduction of the article is not
perfect because the source copy of the old newspaper article presented a challenge to get the
contrast adjusted properly but it is readable.
